PPM understands the discomfort a tenant or client may have when they have questions regarding the operations of our company. We are happy to answer any question we can to be as transparent as we can. Question: When is rent due?
Answer: Rent is charged the first day of every month and due by the 5th of that month.

Question: When are late fees added?
Answer: Late fees are charged on the 6th of month and the second late fee is added the 15th of the month.


Question: How do I make a maintenance request?
Answer: You can submit maintenance request on our website under the service request tab, call into our office, or visit us at our office.

Question: Does PPM do redevelopment projects?
Answer: PPM is always seeking redevelopment projects and ground up development opportunities. Contact our office for any further details.

Question: Does PPM do buy-lease back options?
Answer: PPM will purchase commercial properties and lease back to existing owner. Contact our office for further information.


Question: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept credit card and checks. Credit card payments can be submitted via phone or at our office. Checks can be left in our drop box locations or delivered to our office.
