Answers to Our Most Common Questions

  • Rent is charged the first day of every month and due by the 5th of that month.

  • A. late fees is added on the 6th of month and a second late fee is added on the 16th of the month.

  • We accept personal check, money orders and credit/debit card payments. Checks and money orders can be placed in the drop box outside of our office. Credit and debit card payments must be made online, through your Tenant Web Access Portal or the rmResident App.

  • The BEST & EASIEST way to make a maintenance request is to submit your issue through the rmResident app. Your issue will go straight to our service techs and be addressed in a timely manner.

    You may also leave a message on the maintenance voicemail at 812-634-2420 or login to the Tenant Web Access Portal to log your request.
